Terms
The arrangement.
Last updated October 12, 2026. Coaching is provided by Castro Performance LLC. Using this site means you have read this.
What this is
Cory writes you a training block, adjusts it as you go, and answers you directly. Your sessions live in the BridgeAthletic app. This site holds everything around them: what you told him, the block and the reasoning behind it, your tested numbers, and the conversation.
Coaching is by application. Cory adds athletes himself, one at a time, which is why there is no sign-up button anywhere on this site.
This is coaching, not medical care
Cory is a strength coach. He is not your doctor, your physical therapist or your athletic trainer, and nothing here is a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Strength training carries risk. Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if something is already hurting or you are coming back from an injury. If a session hurts in a way that is not ordinary training discomfort, stop and get it looked at. Tell Cory, and he will change the plan around it. Training through something because it is written on a card is the opposite of what the programming is for.
You are responsible for your own decisions in the weight room. The plan is a prescription for your training, not a guarantee of a result or a promise that you will not get hurt.
If the athlete is under 18
A parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the athlete’s behalf, pays the invoice, and can ask Cory for anything the athlete can. If you are the athlete and you are under 18, show this page to whoever is paying before you start.
Paying
Cory sends an invoice through Stripe after the consultation, for the amount the two of you agreed. The terms of each engagement are what you discussed on the call; this page does not set a price and there is no price anywhere on this site.
Invoices are due when they say they are due. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email Cory before anything else happens.
Ending it
Either of you can end the arrangement. Tell the other one. Cory does not lock anybody into a term they want out of, and refunds for work not yet done are a conversation rather than a policy.
Your account and your history can be deleted on request, which the privacy page covers.
Your account
Your sign-in is yours. Do not share it. If you think somebody else has got into it, tell Cory and he will shut it down.
The programming Cory writes for you is for you. Do not resell it or hand it to a team you coach without talking to him about it, which is a conversation he is glad to have and has a separate arrangement for.
The honest limits
This is a small business, not a platform with a support department. The site can be down. An email can fail. If something looks wrong, tell Cory rather than assuming the software is right.
Nothing on this site connects to BridgeAthletic, so if a session is not showing up there, that is Cory setting you up by hand and not a sync that failed.
