What we hold, and why.

Last updated October 12, 2026. This site is run by Castro Performance LLC. Cory coaches a small roster by hand, and this page is written to be read rather than to be legally impressive.

What we collect

Your account. Your name and email address. Cory adds athletes himself, so this usually comes from the invite he sends. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture, and nothing else.

What you tell us about your training. The consultation survey asks about your sport, position, goals, schedule, equipment, training history and anything that is currently hurting. Once you are training, we hold the maxes you report, your movement screen scores if you take one, and the messages between you and Cory.

Billing. Invoices are handled by Stripe. We store the amount, whether it is paid, the dates, and Stripe’s reference numbers. We never see or store card numbers.

What we do not collect

There are no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. Not Google Analytics, not a pixel, not a cookie that follows you anywhere. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or anything from your device beyond what your browser sends to load a page.

Nothing connects to BridgeAthletic. Your sessions are logged there and this site cannot read them. There is no integration, in either direction. When Cory marks you as set up in BridgeAthletic, that is him recording something he did by hand.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each one sees only what it needs to.

  • Supabase stores the database and handles signing in.
  • Vercel hosts the site.
  • Stripe takes payments.
  • Resend delivers the emails the site sends, which are notifications to Cory and your sign-in links.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Anthropic helps draft your training block. It receives your training facts and not your identity: the sport, the goals, the equipment, the injuries and the numbers, with no name, no email address and no account id attached to them.

We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is nobody else in the list.

If the athlete is under 18

Most of this roster is. Cory invites athletes individually, and we expect a parent or guardian to be the one agreeing to this and paying the invoice. If you are a parent and you want to see everything we hold about your child, or you want it deleted, email Cory and he will do it.

We do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If that has happened, tell us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are training with Cory, and afterwards until you ask us to remove it. Training history is worth keeping while the relationship is live, because the next block is written off the last one.

Getting it, or getting rid of it

Email coachcorycastro@gmail.com. Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and Cory will handle it himself. There is no form and no ticket queue. If you ask for deletion, the account and everything attached to it goes; invoice records may be kept where the law requires it.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not.

Questions about anything here go to Cory directly, at coachcorycastro@gmail.com. The terms of service cover what the coaching itself is.
